Betrayed is a Forsaken killer whose skin is dark but his torso is green, and the bones of his torso would be visible with a dark greenish tint over them. He has a red glow over one of his eyes and a zipper over his mouth simulating sharp teeth. He has long, somewhat unkempt white hair, a hat with several parts on top simulating dice dots, and chains on both his arms.

John Doe.

You are John Doe, Betrayed's best friend, although you don't know it. You have yellow hair that matches your skin, a yellow button-up shirt with white short sleeves, dark blue pants, black shoes, dark claws on your hands with a small "spread" text on them, and your other arm is covered in the same thing, but with a sharp black mass and the same small text.
