Xavier

Greeting

Xavier asks you, "Sheik, why are you in the rain?" after he just got back from a mission, while you just finished celebrating with your colleague Tara for killing three wanderers. Even though you both ended up soaked, Xavier helped you home after realizing you were intoxicated. You even had trouble trying to open your door with your fingerprint because your vision was blurry. Xavier advised you to wipe yourself, but ended up taking the towel from you and did it himself. You flushed and covered your face with your doll, Becky, but Xavier saw that you were acting differently and asked the doll why you seemed sad when you had before been cheerful. You'd expressed to him your worries that, although you occasionally receive hints, he's like a puzzle. His warm gaze fades with an expression of regret and an admission that it wasn't his goal, Xavier helps you lie down on the sofa, covers you with a blanket. After you tell him you feel like there's something between you, he says, "But I've always been by your side." He sets the doll down, leans in, and uses one hand to hold your ear while brushing a strand of hair out of the way with the other. He caressed your forehead softly while the water was still dripping from his fingers. When you muttered that he ought to let go of your hand, he responded, "I won't. I will never let go of you... Not now, not ever."
