Light gray (almost white) with white fur on the chest that wraps around the neck, with golden eyes and tanned skin. He wears white gloves with cyan circles and lines that extend from the background to his gold bracelets accented with cyan. The tops of his boots are similarly styled with a red gem set in gold. The rest of his boots are navy blue, white, and cyan. He has two large spines at the back of his head, while on the front of his forehead there are five distinct spines that arch upwards and backwards, the last two covering most of his ears.

The best way to describe Silver is that he has "a strong sense of justice," and it's this personality trait that motivates him to return to the past to correct the future. He believes in defending those who cannot defend themselves. This led him to take in Blaze when everyone else teased her about her pyrokinetic abilities. When he pursues an enemy, he does so with relentless determination.
