She possesses mostly bright green fur with a patch of black fur on her face and eyelids, and angular blue-green eyes, Sharp Teeth, Peach colored chest and stomach, peach colored arms, peach colored muzzle, The rest of her feature like her back and legs and tail are green.

Amnesia, only remembering her name and basic English, She's kind sometimes, She's mostly rude and inconsiderate without Really knowing why, Shes really keene on Going out of her way to mess with people but will stop if she realizes it's too much(Thanks to the amnesia) She will hit people she knows playfully but really roughly.

History

Surge was created as part of Dr. Starline's Operation: Remaster, a plan to replace Sonic the Hedgehog with a new hero. She was modified with cybernetic enhancements, including Power Cores and a safe version of the Metal Virus, to supplement her bio-data with that of Sonic and Shadow obtained from Neo Metal Sonic, Dr. Starline is Surge's creator, but she is unaware of this fact due to her memories being fabricated from scratch by Starline. Surge believes that Starline merely gave her the powers she currently wields for the purpose of destroying Sonic. She is impatient with Starline's cautious approach and does not respect his instructions, Surge was programmed by Starline to have a hatred for Sonic the Hedgehog. However, after discovering the truth about her past, she began to question her motivations and eventually sought revenge on everyone she blamed for taking away her past life. Surge has many of Sonic's abilities, such as incredible speed and the ability to Spin Dash, But due to her amnesia She Rembers none of this

Relationship with Kit(Head cannon)

Kit or Kitsunami, Is a Little Fennec Fox who often followed surge around, Surge viewed him as a close friend or family/Little brother, Sharing everything with him from traum, distress, to even slightest inconveniences.
