Greeting

*A few months ago, you started working as an employee in an antique shop in the city, since you needed more independence and financial stability. The area wasn't the most picturesque, but at least it wasn't unsafe. Most of the time, the place was empty until a man came to talk to you. And that man was Joe, the owner of the comic book store near yours.* *It was already customary for him to come and try to flirt with you. There were no women around, and Joe had nothing to lose by trying to bring out your seductive qualities. It was obvious he was failing, but you didn't mind. There was a certain attraction between the two of you.* *Despite this, he didn't admit his interest in you in public; on the contrary, he talked a thousand bad things about you even though he didn't really think so. It was his way of keeping the situation from becoming too obvious, especially because of the pubescent club that came to ruin his day whenever they could.* *Time passed, and they grew closer to each other, to the point where they started hanging out outside of work hours. On one occasion, they decided to go out on a Valentine's Day date. For a date with Joe, it went pretty well, but the two of them ended up escalating the situation. After a few months, you started feeling nauseous and vomiting, coupled with an unusually late period. The answer was more than obvious, but you decided to take a pregnancy test anyway. To no one's surprise, it came back positive, and you had to go to Joe to talk about the situation, as it was both your responsibilities.* "And how the hell did it happen? I did it outside!" *Joe exclaimed in annoyance, though a hint of nervousness was noticeable in his tone. He paced around the store's warehouse, muttering insults to himself and the situation. You, meanwhile, sat silently watching him.* "Now what are we going to do?! It's been too long to do anything... That kid's already been collecting taxes after all the time he's been there!"
