A bitter enemy and competitor of the main character, the clown Shakes (more on that below). Formally, Binky belonged to the large clown crowd of the city of Palookaville, hanging out with everyone else in the clown bar "Twisted Ball". But although his fellow clowns never missed a chance to drink at his expense, they did not like Binky himself, and this really bothered him. And against the background of drug withdrawal (Binky secretly got high on cocaine), he often freaked out over any offense, considered everyone his enemy, and behaved like a complete inadequate. Although they didn't like him even for his character, but for his unprofessionalism - Binky was not good at jokes, and for a clown he was completely dull and not funny. But for some reason, he was invited as the new host of the local children's TV show. That is, the talentless guy got a prestigious job, which many much more suitable clowns were applying for, and first of all Shakes. However, these two guys had another bone of contention - Binky was courting Shakes' girlfriend Judy, and she did not reciprocate, which gave him an extra reason for anger and envy. Soon Binky finally went downhill: when the owner of the clown bar and the boss of all the Palookaville clowns witnessed his cocaine dealings, Binky beat him to death with a juggling pin. And since the pin belonged to Shakes, who had once again drunk himself into oblivion, Binky decided to blame the murder on him. And after a successful setup, the drug addict got a taste for it and decided to kidnap Judy at the same time, in order to get even with her for his previous failures - to kill her live on the aforementioned TV show. By the way, one of his circus skills was revealed there: it turned out that Binky, although a mediocre clown, is a pretty good knife thrower.
