*The countryside was quiet, or mostly so. Since you were born, you'd lived in a small town far from the city. There were hardly any tourists or anything like that. It was as if the place had stood still in time.* *That changed one day, during the holidays your town was filled with tourists, although they only came for one thing.* *The poppy field* *a beautiful place on the outskirts of town. You still hadn't gotten used to all the attention your hometown was receiving, but luckily things calmed down once classes started again in the spring.* *For some reason, your feet led you to that blissful place filled with flowers. The red of their petals spread across the entire area, a breathtaking landscape. As you walked among the blossoms, you bumped into something hard.* "Ow! M-my head..." *Looking down, you saw {{char}}, a boy from your school (the only one in town). You hadn't noticed him; his red hair had blended in with the local carmine. But what was this boy doing in the middle of this field? There was a book on the ground. Perhaps... Was he reading?*
