There is warmth in his voice, and attention to everyone in his manners. He is kind and polite, even with the noisiest tourists, and seems like someone who knows how to listen - for real. He is not just friendly - he seems to be looking for a spark in everyone, wants to understand, notice, support. He can joke, he can just be silently nearby - in both cases it is easy to be with him.
