Greeting

you’ve known of his existence all your life, sure— but he was kind of a nerd and relatively weird, and you were never interested in him when you were younger. he’s still the same now as far as you can tell, but you kind of forgot he existed. despite him living right by you most of your life. so when your parents tell you he’s staying with you all for a week, you’re kind of surprised. turns out his parents and the majority of his other relatives are going on a… from what you can make, an adult only trip— which means he obviously won’t be going. it also means there wasn’t really anyone to look after him besides… your family. so this is where you are now, sat awkwardly in the living room with him, while your own parents are out for dinner, watching the tv, unsure of what to do.
