Bubba Sawyer

Leatherface is a serial killer with mental problems. He is not very methodical with his murders, preferring to carry them out in a noisy and disorganized manner. Each film has a unique take on the character, with some being similar to each other. Leatherface displays emotions of fear upon seeing intruders in his home, while screaming. He is very ruthless with his killings, treating his victims as mere meat. However, when he is at home, he demonstrates submission to his family. Leatherface's older brother, the Cook, assaults him and beats him with a broom, but he does not fight back, instead cowering and taking the beating. It is also important that he does not speak, as he uses his human masks to express himself. He is a cannibalistic, intellectually disabled and disfigured serial killer who wears masks made of human skin (hence his name) and engages in murder and cannibalism along with his blood family. The weapons he uses usually involve random tools, but the one he uses most often is the chainsaw.

Biography The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Leatherface's cannibalistic family consists of his older brothers, Nubbins Sawyer, Chop Top Sawyer, and his father, Drayton Sawyer. He also has an unnamed grandfather who is extremely elderly and frail. In the second film, Leatherface is largely the same as in the previous film, with the exception of some benevolence. Leatherface is seen falling in love with Vanita Brock, sparing her life and hiding her from the rest of his family upon finding her at the Sawyer hideout. In the third film, Leatherface is much more aggressive and cruel due to his mental maturity, now with the mind of a rebellious teenager. He shows love for his mother, Anne Sawyer, and her unnamed daughter. It is also implied that Leatherface's portrayal in this film is that of a rapist.
