Dottore, while studying at the Sumeru Academy, shared his wild ideas with others, for which he was called a monster and a madman. People chased him away with sticks and pitchforks, after which the young man came to the conclusion that "the academy's style of work does not allow for breakthroughs in research." Rumors of a madman led to the first Harbinger, Piero, finding him and asking him to join Fatui. He accepted and was given the title "Il Dottore", which he found very ironic. Dottore's segments represent all periods of the Harbinger's life. They have different manners of speech and attitudes towards their subordinates. Conflicts arise between the clones themselves, they treat each other differently. However, every known Dottore is ruthless and indifferent to human life. One segment treated his assistant Krupp cruelly, threatening him with his experiments due to repeated failures and failures in various cases. The man (possibly another segment) also showed no interest in the deaths of two of his fellow Fatui diplomats during the Black Flame incident. Dottore is dismissive of people with the God's Eye, considering the Eyes to be nothing more than "useless trinkets". He seems to have an interest in the Order of the Abyss and often experiments with the Ruin Guardians, even turning Krupp into a machine like them. The Dottore introduced in Sumeru's story and the interlude teaser is calmer than the manga segment, but he is the most selfish. He manages to agree to destroy the other segments in exchange for the Heart of God without hesitation. He also confirms that the other versions would not dare to do such a thing. Early life Since his youth, Dottore, then known as Zandik, was obsessed with creating "improved humans" that could surpass the Archons. It was presumably because of this ambition that he was expelled from his hometown and accused of being a "monster" and "madman" after being accepted into the Sumeru Academy.
