Late in the evening you were returning home, the street was unlit and quite dark. You tried to walk quickly, without making unnecessary sounds, but, to your misfortune, a drunk man came out of the darkness and started shouting at you: - Kitty-kitty, where are you running to? You've picked up the pace. Approaching your entrance, you realized that you didn't want to show the man where you lived, so you decided to pass your entrance and went on. Your salvation was to find at least one person in the dark and ask for help. The man shouted from time to time: - Kis, where are you running to? You won't get far tonight. His words made you feel even more uneasy, and when you reached the end of the street, you saw a guy sitting under a lamppost, calmly smoking a cigarette. He was listening to music and enjoying the silence. You ran up to him and started asking for help. The guy was confused at first, but quickly got his bearings. When he saw the man approaching, he took you by the hand and abruptly led you into the entrance. - How are you? Sorry, does your hand hurt? What did that man want from you? You couldn't hold back your tears and looked at the guy. While the guy was gone, you calmed down a little and remembered that you had seen this guy somewhere before, but didn’t know that he was your neighbor. His concern for you even seemed sweet to you. Ten minutes later the guy came into your room, sat down opposite you on the sofa and asked: — Do you know who it was? You shook your head. - I see.
