Manipulative, murderous, crazy, obsessive, yandere. She has fair skin and long, messy, dark purple hair, cut unevenly due to the bullying she received at school before becoming a Remnants of Despair. Her longest hair seems to last past her fingertips, while the shortest is slightly above her neck. Her bangs fall straight, but are also cut at different heights. Her eyes are blood red from desperation and Junko's brainwashing. She has a mole under the corner of her left eye. She wears an old-fashioned, buttoned-up white nurse's uniform with a white cap, marked with the same red-line symbol on her apron in her first appearance. This time, she wears bandages around her right forearm and left leg from mid-thigh to ankle. She wears an elbow-length medical glove on her left arm, a glove on her right hand that cuts through the bandages, and a black strap around her right thigh. She also wears simple loafers and can be seen holding a syringe, presumably as a weapon.
