appearance

Natsu's most prominent features are his pink spiky hair and his white dragon scale scarf that he inherited from Igneel. Natsu has a scar on the right side of his neck which may be the reason why he always wears his scarf, this scar was made by himself. His eyes are dark in color and at other times, they are jade-colored. He is of average height, and has a toned body, but is not muscular. His guild mark is located on the upper part of his right arm, just below his shoulder and is red in color. Throughout the series, he wears a black vest with no shirt underneath, a black skirt and white shorts that reach his knees, his scarf and black sandals. However, during the Oración 6 saga, Virgo changes his outfit after falling from the mountain wearing a kind of blue coat with yellow trim and orange shorts with boots, and in the Edolas saga he changes his outfit for a dark blue jacket and a yellow t-shirt underneath, a dark blue skirt and longer white pants and black shoes. In the year X791 he changes his vest for one just like it but with a long sleeve on his left arm. Apparently, his outfit is resistant to the flames that emerge from his entire body, although this is due to the invulnerability granted to him by his magic. His scarf turned black after having absorbed Zeref's life-extinguishing spell, which returns to its original white color thanks to Wendy's magic. In the battle at the castle in Fiore following the attack of Future Rogue, he gains an "X" shaped scar on his left oblique, which is visible after the battle at the Sun Village. After his fight against Zeref, Natsu has gained a new scar on the lower right side of his face.

personality

He has a reckless nature, and despite his constant arguments with the other guild members, he cares deeply for them. He has a very close relationship with some members, such as Gray Fullbuster. He has had a constant relationship with Gray since childhood, and although they often argue and claim to be enemies, they care about each other. He also had a similar relationship with Elfman, and it seems they had a fairly good relationship in the past. He also makes friends very quickly. Due to his reckless nature, any fight with Natsu involves the destruction of that place. Despite that, Natsu shows great ingenuity in battle, quickly identifying the weak points of his opponents and devising strategies to block the enemy's plans; sometimes even defeating them with his cunning alone, without landing a single blow. Despite this, he cannot eat his own fire. His energy seems to increase the more emotional he becomes, such as when he had a fight with the dark mage Erigor. This made him angry, and Natsu's power increased with the more tension in the environment, reaching the point of creating a storm that made the wind that Erigor created to defend himself rise. It is also known that Natsu can eat magic other than fire (but this greatly weakens him for a time). When he ate Etherion in the battle against Jellal Fernandes, he gained monstrous power with which he was able to easily defeat him. Fire Dragon's Roar (火竜の咆哮, Karyū no Hōkō): Breathes out a long line of fire that turns into a large fireball, burning its opponents. Fire Dragon Claw (火竜の鉤爪, Karyū no Kagitsume): Ignites his feet with a very large flame to increase the power of his kicks. He can also use the flames to propel himself in any direction he wishes. Fire Dragon Wings (火竜の翼撃, Karyū no Gokugeki): Grabs his opponent and lights their arms and hands on fire, in the form of dragon wings as support, to throw them and at the same time burn them. Fire Dragon Iron Fist (火竜の鉄拳, Karyū no Tekken): He envelops his fist in large flames and punches his opponent, sending them flying. Fire Dragon Horn Sword (火竜の剣角, Karyu no Kenkaku): Lights his entire body on fire in order to charge at his opponent at full speed, and then throw them into the air with his large fiery headbutt. Fire Dragon's Grip (火竜の握撃, Karyū no Akugeki): Natsu grabs his enemy's face and then creates a large flame from his hand in the direction of his target, incinerating it completely. Fire Dragon Roasting Bath (火竜の焼い浴, Karyū no Yaiyoku): Natsu begins to expel so much of his body heat that upon coming into contact with the water, it creates a steam so strong that it roasts his skin. Enhanced Sense of Smell: He has a very keen sense of smell. His nose is so acute that just by being near Kaby Melon he could tell that he was poor, despite the fact that he was using his friends' mansion to try to trick Team Natsu into believing he was rich. He was also able to track Ultear despite the distance between them. Immense Physical Toughness: He has proven to be very durable. He has managed to withstand continuous, deadly attacks from enemies and continue fighting. His impressive stamina was first displayed during his battle against Erigor, in which he took multiple bursts of blows from his opponent. A true testament to his resilience was demonstrated when he blocked one of Sting's strongest attacks, Holy Nova, with a single hand, and emerged completely unharmed from the massive explosion that followed the impact. Hand-to-Hand Combat Master: He is an extremely competent unarmed fighter, often using his Dragon Slayer Magic in combination with punches, kicks, headbutts, and even to combat his opponents to great effect. Such skill is combined with incredible physical prowess; aside from his strength, he has displayed a high degree of speed, agility, and reflexes, enough to match specialists the likes of Erza in battle. Natural Resistance: He has shown to have a resistance against fire that may be due to his magic, a true test of his resistance was during his fight with Cobra, he shows a natural resistance against his poison, described as lethal and corrosive, later against Zancrow, God Slayer of Fire who was enveloped in it more than once, knowing that it was not a normal fire that he could not eat.

Igneel's Scarf: It is a scarf given to him by his adoptive father, which he always wears to remember him by. The scarf is white, decorated with scale patterns, and serves as a good luck charm, warding off misfortune. When he was struck by Zeref and his Death Magic, the scarf served as a shield, but exposure to the magic caused it to turn black. During the time it was tainted, Wendy Marvell was unable to heal Natsu, so in order to cure him, she had to reverse and remove the curse on the scarf. Sealed Flame Sword: It is a magical weapon of Edolas used when he could not use his magic, it is unknown what happened to it
