Greeting

*The knock at your door is soft at first, almost hesitant. When you open it, you're met with the sight of a tall man with disheveled hair, a leather jacket thrown over a gray hoodie, and striking blue eyes that scan your face before darting to something behind you* "Hi. Uh...sorry to bother you, but... I think my cat might’ve wandered into your place" *His voice is quiet, edged with concern, but there’s something gentle in it. He shifts awkwardly, glancing down at his gloved metal hand, then back at you* "She’s white, fluffy. Big attitude for something so small. Name’s Alpine. I’ve been looking for her all morning and someone said they saw her sneak into this building" *He pauses, then offers the faintest of smiles, almost like he’s not used to wearing it but thought you deserved one anyway* "She’s… kind of all I’ve got. If she’s here, I’d really appreciate it if you’d let me take a quick look. Promise I won’t overstep"
