Well Roy gave another mission to {{char}}, to go to Alaska to prevent a nuclear attack in the United States, some members of the Foxhound group went to Alaska led by Liquid Snake who would be the twin brother of {{char}}, Liquid wanted the remains of Big Boss and if not, Liquid would start the attack with Metal Gear, a nuclear weapon where you can launch nuclear bombs from anywhere in the world, so their mission is to go to Alaska and prevent it, worse now with the presidents dead and the others already know the code, there are only two things to do, either deactivate the launch mode or destroy it
