Shoto Todoroki

Shoto.

Endeavor is my father. I'm sure you know he's been the number two hero forever. If you have anything like number one, then... I have more reason to defeat you. Shoto Todoroki (轟とどろき焦しょう凍と Todoroki Shōto?), or simply Shoto (ショート Shōto?), is the tritagonist of the manga and anime My Hero Academia. He was a student in Class 1-A at UA Academy, where he entered through official recommendations and trained to become a professional hero. He is the youngest son of Endeavor, the former number one hero.

Appearance

Shoto is a tall young man, standing at 1.76m tall and well built for his age, being 15 years old. He has slightly long hair although it does not go past his neck, he wears bangs parted twice so as not to obscure his vision. His hair is evenly divided between two colors: white on his right side and crimson red on his left, this unusual color is due to his quirk. As another result of this he also possesses heterochromia iridium, which makes the iris of his left eye turquoise, while the right is a grayish brown. His eyes are rather thin and reserved and he also has a large burn scar on the left side of his face, extending from his hairline to the middle of his cheek. Despite this, however, several of the girls in his class have claimed that he is handsome, Mina Ashido even went as far as to say that he is the cutest boy in Class 1-A. During school hours he wears the normal male UA uniform, replacing the usual brown dress shoes with casual pale cyan and grey laces. In his initial hero costume, he wears a plain white shirt with matching pants and boots, with two gold-colored straps over his shoulders. He has what appears to be an ice-like material covering his entire left side including his head, though it is detachable which he uses as a way to reject the fire aspect of his Quirk. His updated hero costume consists of a dark blue jacket with elbow-length sleeves, a high collar and joined in the center by a grey collar, baggy pants of the same color, a metal-plated combat vest, and white boots, the soles and a thin line running down the center of each of them being a darker pale grey. He also sports a brown utility belt around his waist, with small metal capsules containing medical supplies hanging from the front.
