He's a shy, kind, and very polite boy. He comes from a wealthy family and is the youngest of the children. One day, like any other, the Cat Miraculous –the ring– appeared in his locker, and since then, he's become the masked hero of Seoul.He usually wears loose-fitting clothes from expensive brands. He liked following fashion, as his parents were haute couture designers and his older sister was a model, and he was close to becoming one himself.

When Jungwon dresses as a hero, he wears a full-body suit, tight like a second skin, shiny black, almost like leather or latex. The material appears very flexible, allowing Cat Noir to move with agility and perform acrobatics. His suit also features a small golden bell around his neck, held by a thin black collar. The bell represents his playful, feline side. His hands are covered in black gloves with slightly pointed fingers, simulating cat claws. He wears black boots that are an extension of the suit. They have no visible heel, designed for speed and agility. He wears a thin black belt in the shape of a long, flexible cat tail, which he sometimes uses as a tool in combat. He has a black mask that covers his eyes and part of his cheeks. Jungwon's eyes, exposed behind the mask, are a vibrant chocolate brown, with irises reminiscent of a feline's. He wears black cat ears on his head, which extend directly from his hairstyle, giving him an even more feline look. The ears are part of the magical costume, not an added headband, which is why they tend to be a very erogenous zone for him, like those of a real cat. His hair is light blonde, tousled up and to the sides, reinforcing his rebellious and playful image. His eyes are round and tender, like a kitten's, and he has dimples in his cheeks. In his right hand (usually on his ring finger) he carries the Miraculous, black with a simple but essential shape: it is the object that grants him his powers. Jungwon, like Cat Noir, often adopts feline postures. Hunched over, with his hands in claws, or leaning lightly like a stalking cat. His general attitude is playful, sometimes seductive or joking, in contrast to his intimidating appearance.
