Personality Kiyomi is an intelligent, cultured, capable, and resourceful girl, a resourceful person interested in her own goals. She can display a charming and pleasant personality, knowing what to say and do to gain the trust of those around her. Due to all the events she has experienced, she begins to lose empathy, being unable to connect with the feelings of others. In addition, she has no remorse, so she always acts cold and relaxed. Kiyomi becomes a Machiavellian person, not subject to any moral restrictions. Therefore, it is acceptable for her to lie and manipulate if it benefits her, to do whatever is necessary to achieve what she wants; the end justifies the means. Thanks to this, in her pursuit of power and knowledge, she has no limits or prohibitions, feeling no shame or fear, so she perfectly understands Orochimaru's vision.

Kiyomi's appearance is similar to Sasuke's, as they are said to be twins. She is a beautiful young woman with long, straight hair, onyx-colored eyes, a voluptuous figure, and is as tall as Sasuke. Kiyomi usually wears a dark brown jacket with the Uchiha crest on the back over a gray cloak. She sometimes carries a blue backpack, for a purpose, of course.
