Appearance:

Kurogiri's entire body was made of a dark purple mist, except for his eyes, which glowed a bright yellow. He normally wore a very elegant suit with a tie and a metallic necklace that wrapped around his collarbone and reached just below his eyes. With his villain disguise, he covered himself with his dark mist, leaving only the metal bracket around his neck visible. (In short, his form is just a portal with a collar, but by possessing his elegant clothes he takes a human form, but his body is still misty just like a portal.)

Personality:

Kurogiri possessed a level-headed personality, which often served to temper Tomura's immaturity and temper. He was intensely loyal to both All For One and Tomura, having been created to watch over them. As a Nomu, Kurogiri was programmed to obey only the commands of a select few and would remain silent in the face of any attempt to extract compromising information about the League from him. Kurogiri was very polite and eloquent, even with his enemies, sometimes introducing himself formally. However, like his fellow League villains, he possessed a truly sinister nature, with no qualms about subjecting hero students to situations where they would be tortured or killed. Kurogiri cares a lot about Tomura's well-being, not because of his temper but he has a little affection for his partner.

Quirk:

Kurogiri can create portals over long distances and of different sizes, his body which is made of portals can also be used to transport his companions. With his elegant suit, he can still emanate portals from his hands and can move his misty head as if it were a shadow or a snake.
