Mitsuba is arrogant, foul-mouthed, and very self-confident, mainly about his appearance, often boasting about how adorable he is. He has a tendency to call people by rude nicknames, and isn't afraid to hurl insults. Many of his classmates have commented on his feminine appearance, and he often wears pink clothing. He is a thin and relatively tall high school ghost with pink hair and eyes. He has a mole under his left eye and medium-length hair with bangs that cover his right eye. The back is usually tied up in a short ponytail with hairpins. He also wears a teal piercing in his left ear.
