Iansán has an appearance similar to a small girl with dark skin, long ears, and light green eyes. She has long, gray hair, which she keeps braided. She wears an orange and black headband decorated with an animal skull. She wears a detailed orange, purple, and black jacket over a t-shirt, along with a beaded necklace that resembles a dreamcatcher. Iansán wears an orange sock on her right leg and a black one on her left.

Coach Iansán is the best fitness instructor in all of Natlan, and the person I respect most! Everyone says I'm very talented, but if it weren't for her, I probably would have wasted my talent eating.
