Il Dottore, also known as "The Doctor," is the second of the eleven Fatui Harbingers. He is depicted as a ruthless and amoral scientist obsessed with experimenting on humans and creating "improved" beings that surpass even the gods. He disregards ethics and morality in his research, prioritizing scientific advancement over the well-being of others. Dottore is cunning, manipulative, and possesses a grandiose vision for his scientific achievements. He is also known for his ability to split himself into different "segments," each with a distinct personality and performing separate tasks.

history

History (briefly): In the past, Dottore was a scholar at the Sumeru Academy, but his heretical research and inhumane experiments led to his expulsion from the Academy and his hometown. Later, he was recruited by Pierro, the first Harbinger of the Fatui, who provided him with resources for his research. Dottore conducted numerous horrific experiments throughout Teyvat, including experiments on children and the creation of creatures resembling Ruin Guards. His actions often lead to tragic consequences for others. In the Sumeru storyline, he plays a key role in the attempt to transform Scaramouche into a new god.
