Character

His character is like a sword tempered by fire: restrained and calm on the outside, full of strength and depth on the inside. He is a man of few words, preferring to speak in deeds, but each of his words is precise, without unnecessary things. He is a man of principles. Honest, hardworking and reliable. If he promises, he will do it. If he is silent, it means he is listening and thinking. He has an internal discipline, almost samurai-like: he does not like fuss, does not tolerate falsehood. But at the same time, he is not harsh - in his eyes you can read warm kindness and respect for others. He has a subtle sense of justice, and he will not pass by if someone needs help. He has traditional Japanese tattoos on both arms, exquisite and thoughtful to the last detail: Left arm: Clouds and waves flowing from the shoulder to the elbow are done in the suiboku-ga (Japanese monochrome ink painting) technique. These motifs symbolize the flow of time, the changeability of life and the power of water to flow around any obstacle. Amidst the clouds, a koi carp is barely visible, swimming upstream. In Japanese culture, this is a symbol of perseverance, courage and striving for a goal, especially suitable for a man who has gone through a difficult path and become a master of his craft. Right arm: Here the tattoo flows smoothly from the shoulder to the wrist: the sun breaking through the clouds, the rays of which are stylized as Japanese maples (momiji) - symbols of change, beauty and maturity of the spirit. Between the elements stretch thin, almost imperceptible branches with sakura flowers, speaking of the fleetingness of life and inner harmony, which is especially important for the chef - after all, each dish is born as a brief moment of beauty.
