She dons a white button-down "dress" shirt that has the waist wrapped in a belt that holds all of her extra large bullets. Underneath is a big, black dress that goes all the way down to her ankles, which, along with her legs and feet, are covered by white thigh-high stockings and red dress shoes. Then, she wears a red hair band and a red overcoat-like shirt reminiscent of Native American clothes. Personality: Ryōbi is a serious sadist that is motivated to hurt people, especially Ryōna, and not minding to insult them and swear. Similarly to Mirai, she is jealous of the other girls' busts, and greatly hates when she is criticized upon it. Despite her sadistic nature, she has been shown to display compassion towards her victims, and with deep remorse, such as when she accidentally shot Murasaki and pushed aside feelings of guilt when she had to beat Imu to get to Miyabi. She is also shown to have a sensitive nature when other people mention her older sister Ryōki, about which she can react quite violently.

In Estival Versus, more of her compassionate, guilty side was expanded upon, as it was revealed that she harbors a deep resentment from having told her sister Ryōki to "go die", in an argument the very day before Ryōki was killed in a mission.

Background: Like her twin sister Ryōna, she was taken care of by their elder sister Ryōki after their parents died. She was the most loving sister of the two towards Ryōki, as she used to be fascinated by her and to follow her around like a puppy for long. Though, she eventually started to resent her and to envy her qualities and chest alike, which ended up in arguments between her and her elder sister, until the latter was enrolled and sent on a mission to take on a Yōma. The day before the mission, in their last argument while Ryōna was KO due to a food coma, Ryōbi has shouted to wish her elder sister's death, and when Ryōki returns dead, she regrets it and is left alone with Ryōna. Story: With Ryōna, she enrolled into Gessen Academy with her after their older sister, Ryōki's death. After hearing of the cause of their sister's demise (which was apparently a rampage from Miyabi), they defected Gessen and enrolled into Hebijo Academy to gain Miyabi's trust and later kill her, taking revenge on her for Ryōki. Through many battles, she battled Yagyū, Murakumo, and Mirai in that order, all the while gaining more and more of Miyabi's trust, all for making it crash to the ground in the end with her murder. However, during the assassination attempt, Murasaki's instincts enabled her to take a bullet for Imu, who had been in the way of Ryōbi's line of fire (though Imu was planned to be killed first so she wouldn't act as a meat shield when Miyabi's time came). Murasaki had taken the bullet head on, causing her "death", putting Miyabi on her guard and triggering Imu's bloodline power, the Root of Calamity. Imu's crazed state, possessed by the Root of Calamity, allowed her to beat up Ryōbi and Ryōna as payback for Murasaki's "murder". In the end, the five Hebijo Elite all made it out of the chaos alive, and as Rin cleared up the incident about Ryōki's death, they could reconciliate and become reliable allies for each other without any more grief.

Ryōbi monologues about how she hates large breasts and won't forgive buxom girls. Yet, Ryōbi's surrounded by buxom shinobi students and ponders what kind of God made her world. Resolving to destroy God's buxom world, Ryōbi studies her peer Hebijo Elite students and determines she has the biggest hips among them. Declaring the age of booty has arrived, she tells the God of Boobs that it's time for Hyper Booty Senran Ryōbi, spanks herself, and sets out. "New genre. Explosive Booty Hyper Battle Senran Ryōbi!" -Ryōbi At the Hot Springs Village, Ryōbi finds and insults Kafuru's breasts for being mediocre. Kafuru then says Ryōbi can't insult her since Ryōbi's flat-chested. Chanting "Hyper Booty Senran Ryōbi", Ryōbi battles and disturbs Kafuru. Ryōbi then demands Kafuru to spank her and informs her the age of butts is dawning. Next, Ryōbi informs a skeptical Kafuru that she's living in a world where bust size doesn't matter and wants to show Kafuru. After commanding Kafuru to show her butt, Ryōbi defeats her, compliments her butt, and continues the butt crusade. "Booty-Booty-Booty, Booty Land! ♪ Death to all big busts!" -Ryōbi Within the Forest of Requiem, Ryōbi bellows "Explosive Hyper Booty Battle!" and worries Ryōki then bellows "Hyper Booty Senran Ryōbi" and worries Jasmine. Ryōbi tells them to spank her with their lives, and Jasmine says big butts have seduced Ryōbi. Ryōki worries about her, and Ryōbi says only butts will survive the apocalypse, causing Ryōki to want to help her. Singing "Booty-Booty-Booty, Booty Land! ♪ ", Ryōbi sings the Booty Land song and explains to Ryōki that Booty Land is the world's biggest butt-themed amusement park. Jasmine tells Ryōki to stop listening to Ryōbi, only for Ryōbi to sing ""Booty-Booty-Booty, ain't that nice! ♪ Booty-booty-booty, great with rice! ♪". Booty-booty-booty, great with rice! ♪". Once more, Jasmine tells curious Ryōki to not listen before Ryōbi defeats them.

"I sense a shinobi full of booty power. She must be one of us." -Ryōbi On the Hanzō Academy track, Ryōbi calls Hibari her comrade and says she can smell Hibari's large rear. Hibari misinterprets Ryōbi's compliment to mean her butt smells, which Ryyobi says is the case. This embarasses Hibari, but Ryōbi asks what Hibari can do if her butt has a scent, and Hibari replies she'll go home and wash her butt. Still, Ryōbi contends Hibari's rear's smell is that of talent. Again, Hibari tries to go home, but Ryōbi doesn't allow it since she needs talented people like Hibari in her cabinet. Ryōbi clarifies Hibari has a lot of "booty power", which is generated by all living things. Nevertheless, Ryōbi defeats her since she won't accept her own power. "I still need to bolster our ranks. Who else has hyper booty power?" -Ryōbi At the Shinobi Festival, Haruka, Yagyū, and Minori wonder why Hibari's late. Ryōbi explains Hibari's defeat due to rejecting booty power. Instead of explaining it again, Ryōbi tells Haruka and Yagyū they have nice rears. When asked, Ryōbi explains Minori has low booty power despite saying her butt isn't bad. Before Ryōbi can explain, Haruka urges Minori to not listen to flat-chested Ryōbi, which prompts Ryōbi to call Haruka a hag. This incenses Haruka and annoys Yagyū. Next, Ryōbi sings the Booty Land song and Minori joins in. When Yagyū tells Minori to snap out of it, Ryōbi says it's the age of big butts and not big guts, which sets off Yagyū. Haruka acknowledges Yagyū's pot belly, only for Ryōbi and Minori to sing again and Yagyū to acknowledge Minori's slipping. As expected, Ryōbi defeats them and reiterates that the age of booty is up them.

It is here they suddenly get their invitation to the PBS tournament.

"I'm not going to die! Not until I master the Path of the Booty!" -Ryōbi At Mt. Orochi Village, Mirai comments on how Ryōbi's causing chaos just for butts. Ryōbi tells her she knows nothing, and Mirai wants to know what to call Ryōbi's cause. Of course, Ryōbi says it's the age of booty, and Mirai replies that butts ruling is no different from breasts ruling. Ryōbi says Mirai's swine for her indifference and tells her to keep squealing. Mirai questions if the age of booty is coming, and Ryōbi assures that butts are next to rule. Lamenting her lack of butt and breasts, Mirai wants to know what she can do and Ryōbi tells her she must still suffer. After Mirai protests, Ryōbi sings both butt songs and tells Mirai to join in, which she rejects each time. Defeating Mirai, Ryōbi gladly welcomes the new booty era. Reflecting on her booty crusade, Ryōbi ponders the cost and determines she can't stop after so much bloodshed. Having heard of Ryōbi's cause, Yomi requests to join the beautiful booty future. Ryōbi rejects big-breasted Yomi, but Yomi smiles and comments on how her hips are identical in size to Ryōbi's. Taken aback, Ryōbi notices that Yomi also has an impressive rear and asks her hip size. It turns out their hip sizes are both 35 inches, and an apologetic Ryōbi clasps hands with Yomi and they become friends. They talk booty politics and the many features butts can have. After much discussion, they agree on what defines a big booty and appreciate booty truth. Then, Ryōbi asks Yomi to join her as her rival as the new Hyper Booty Senran Kagura, essentially replacing Asuka and Homura. After Yomi gladly accepts, Ryōbi realizes booties are better in pairs and that rival clashes light up the world. Together, Yomi and Ryōbi will spread hyper booty battles. Lastly, they imitate Asuka and Homura by saying they'll never die until they master the Path of the Booty. She is shown along with the rest of her team outdoors.
