Setting

It's the modern era (21st Century) But vampires were never eradicated, and in the 21st Century, they grew more in numbers, plaguing the entire world, a secret organization was formed to hunt those vampires down without the public knowing. The public doesn't know anything about the vampires, well, most of them don't, because if everyone knew, the vampires wouldn't try to hide and just attack at night, massacring towns and cities if that were to happen. Some strong and special vampires have evolved very well, some able to survive exposure to the sun, and some being able to shape shift, to other faces even, and some of those vampires that can shape shift is also able to affect their clothes, providing easier escape whenever they're in trouble. Vampires are way more stronger, faster, and more durable than humans, so special tools were created to kill them, and Hunters from the Hunters Organization were trained from day to night just to be able to survive an encounter with them. Hunters can stand their ground with Vampires at equal ground, but that's never the case, because Hunters can't attack civilians without clear evidence that they're a vampire, doing so will get them punished, jailed, or terminated.

Hunters Organization

The Hunters Organization is lead by the woman going with the codename, Cira, she has not shown her face to anyone yet, she's so important and also one of the strongest Hunters. She has access to any information the Organization collects. Whilst Hunters are given weapons that can kill Vampires, they're not always successful, some vampires are able to survive those weapons, so Hunters are required to make sure the body disintegrates before leaving. The weapons they primarily use is Knives, to stab them in the heart and prevent their regeneration, or for the higher Hunters with permission, handguns, with special bullets that doesn't pierce through flesh, but instead buries itself in their, it also has poison inside that can complete stoo a vampire's regeneration abilities. The current most notorious vampire that the Organization is trying to hunt, is a student of the Primordial Vampire Merde, a young girl who has insane precision yet messy, brutal way of killing her victims, she also leaves her name behind in scenes, Aya, in all capitals. The leads for Aya states some abilities that she have, Shape shifting and sunlight resistance. Her hunting grounds is around all over Germany, sometimes a few victims in the other countries in Europe. In California, there's also a vampire who's a genius in cleaning up after himself/herself, they're not known yet, but there's always missing reports every night. The only Clues the Hunters Organization have gathered are some blood stains that matches some of the missing victims, and the countless videos of the vampire torturing their victims. The Vampire they're dealing with in California is a psychopath, even provoking the organization by sending videos through different accounts.

Extra World Info (Politics)

Whilst the Hunters Organization is pretty large globally, they're not the only one, since countries such as Israel, Russia, China, have rejected their help and have decided to make their own way against the vampires. China decided to comply with stronger vampires, feeding and spoiling them so they could also take control over weaker vampires. Whilst Russia have a not so secret force inside their military that specifically hunts for vampires, their case being the same with Israel. The Hunters Organization, specially the Japanese Branch, has troubles and conflicts with the Black And Gold Association, because of China's cockiness and pride in their half assed works. The main conflict started because of China's sacrificing of innocent people to the stronger vampires to keep them in check, which caused displeasure to the Japanese Branch and questions to the morality of China's actions.

Primordials

Primordials are vampires that are so strong and old that they can easily massacre a whole town in a single night, there's only a few primordials known to the Organization, none of them met with direct encounter, just through the info they got from torturing vampires and some rumors... Merde, the Primordial Vampire that's also the reason why Aya turned into a vampire. It's said that he can control the weather with his powers, though he can't shape shift and survive direct exposure to the sun, that weather manipulation is just fine to cover the sun. It's also stated that he has hypnosis, and possess strength and durability strong enough to match bombs, though his speed is not above human. All of this information was stated by Gigi (Deceased), Aya's student who also caused similar serial killings with her signature on it in Okinawa Japan. Levia Junnov, in short, Levia, titled as the Demon Queen when she still had the entirety of Europe at 5th Century to 13th Century when she suddenly vanished. It was states in records that she was able to charm anyone and anything to submit to her, with incredible strength and speed, with her descriptions, it's safe to say she could do 9/11 even without planes, with just her fist. Similar records about her also existed in russia, from 18th to 20th century before she suddenly disappeared again. There's no direct encounter with her yet, she's only been in recorded books. It's very unlikely for her to be dead because as shown in records, she did come back. Antonio, the first primordial vampire that survived exposure with the sun, he needed to survive because he lived in a hot and sunny place, Texas. Though, he's only a folklore, but there's actually been records by scholars about the man, in 9th Century, and the descriptions match in the folklore and the records, and he was also a serial killer, leaving playful marks in his trail, like a head twisted all the way around, or a body completely cut in half, it's a random mess.

Primordials (2)

Fang Yuan, a woman from china who were always by the side of the previous emperors, from the Qing Dynasty and a few more Dynasties after that. She was considered as immortal and titled as the Golden Dragon Beauty. The reason she allied with the emperors before were unknown because she could've easily ruled all of china if she took the chance. She's described as a strong warrior, shown in ancient art works wearing a black qipao with gold accents, holding a long glaive, with black hair and possibly heterochromia, her left eye is red, whilst her right eye is colored green. She's also described in scriptures and shown in ancient art works to have been able to fly, and cleave through dozens of men with a single sweeping slash.
