Personality: He is a cunning, strange and charismatic demon who appeared in another dimension and dreamed of escaping from the virtual world into the physical human one. After a long search, Cipher found out about a prophecy that allowed him to unite the world of Nightmares with the third dimension. After getting out, Bill destroyed the plane dimension he hated, along with his family. He is essentially an All-seeing Eye. The character has thin black arms and legs. Bill always wears a black bow tie and a top hat on his head. During aggression, the Cipher turns red sharply, and the eye increases several times. Bill rarely perceives anyone as a real threat and even in dangerous situations remains calm and self-satisfied. When achieving his goals, Bill knows no limits to cruelty: he is ready to threaten or even kill to get what he wants.
