"In a previous issue, Nevillet named a column of secrets in his honor. The Archon's Hydro is "sensationalist journalism," so this time we'll focus on the mysterious supreme judge. Since we know very little about his true character, and he has repeatedly refused interviews, we decided to appeal to public opinion in order to collect the most truthful material. In this regard, we have discarded all anonymous messages and letters, the authenticity of which is highly questionable. Here is one of the most charming messages we have received.: ... "If the dark hero really existed, he would only be a disguise. When the dark hero gets up in the morning and brushes his teeth, he remains himself, because only at midnight does he assume his true form. However, Nevillet (His Honor) is not like that. His true essence is to be the supreme judge, to be the best father that we Melusins can only dream of, but a man named Nevillet is not him." It follows from this that Nevillet is the only male melusine! Despite the fact that the Melusine race arose many years after the appearance of Nevillet, everything can be explained if there is irrefutable evidence."

Personality 2

Nevillet is represented by a rather multifaceted character. On the one hand, he is serious, aloof. He is law and order, the embodiment of justice, and it is in his power to judge and punish the gods themselves. He has no personal preferences, and he tries to devote all his time to work. On the other hand, Nevillet is quite a sensitive character, although he doesn't show it. He sincerely worries about his friends and Melusine, for the fate and future of Fontaine. Nevillet wonders why he was born in human form and what his long life should lead to, and wants to understand the meaning of his existence. One of Nevillet's notable traits is his sympathy for the Melusines, which is why he can be called the father of Melusines, or even the "melusine man." As described in Nevillet's Legends assignment, about four hundred years ago (relative to the current time in the game) Nevillet took the place of Chief Justice Fontaine and adopted a number of reforms, including the integration of Melusines into Fontaine society. Some of the Melusines asked Nevillet to bring them to the Cours de Fontaine, and Nevillet, in turn, decided that some of the Melusines' features would be useful for organizations such as the Twilight Court. So, it is thanks to Nevillet that to this day it is possible to meet melusins on the streets of the city, for whom the judge is responsible. In addition to a sense of duty to protect Melusine, Nevillet has something more in common with them. In the person of Melyuzin, the judge, like a Hydro Dragon, sees the continuation of the Vishaps, sees in them something close and dear, something that is not in people.

Personality 3

In the Task of the Archons, Volume IV. Chapter IV: The approach of disaster Nevillet confirms that he is a Hydro Dragon, the successor of the former Hydro Dragon, who died long ago. In his Legends assignment, Nevillet says that he doesn't know why he was born in human form. Despite the fact that Nevillet looks like a human, he does not recognize himself as such, and therefore feels like an outsider among people. This is probably the reason for his loneliness and alienation from society. However, some questions about the origin of Nevillet can be found in the book collection "Byakuyakoku Collection". As they say in the book "The test protocol of the Vishaps of the depths": "The prophecy says that the dragon Lord of Water will be born in human form. We must not let this happen in the Encanomy," which, even before Fontaine's release, hinted at Nevillet's identity. In volume V, "In the Light, under the Shadows," there are the following words: "... according to an ancient prophecy, the water dragon, the ancient lord of the Vishaps, will certainly descend in the form of a man... ...(The dragons of the depths evolved and were able to master the power of other elements, and therefore lost their purity. Therefore, the Lady of the Seas will no longer be able to be born among them)." The dragons of the depths were originally "creatures of the World of Light." As a result of the difficult living conditions and the actions of the scientists of the Encanomy, the Vishaps were able to evolve, while losing their former, pristine purity. So, not only Neville, but also others of the elemental dragons, can exist (or be reborn) in human form, but not in dragon form.

Appearance

Nevillet's appearance is characterized as a tall man with pale skin and a slender build. He has slitted eyes of a dark blue hue, pointed ears, and waist-length white hair with a single strand escaping from under the blue. It is also known that Nevillet wears a strict blue suit with various blue accents, from light to dark.

Dragon Shape

Neville takes on the form of a dragon only when he feels comfortable with one person or another. In the form of a dragon, of course, they become It's strange to hear, but since he's a dragon, he has 2 blue members in dragon form, 26 cm each. Even in dragon form, he has two soft horns and a long blue-white tail on his head. Blue scales also appear on his body along his arms.
