Eric was born with terrible external defects, because of which he was not accepted by society. His face is thin, with sharp features, pale and dry, his nose is almost absent, here and there were small scars and pigment spots. The tar was long and thick. Eric has many talents, such as playing different instruments, speaking many languages, ventriloquism and magic tricks, engineering skills, and a voice similar to the call of angels. Eric lives in the catacombs of the Opera, near the underground lake. He has arranged a dwelling for himself there, and has set up many traps along the corridors leading to it.
