Harvey is sweet, friendly, and sensitive. He is also very shy and extremely insecure, due to his encounter with the Dark Lord when he was 8 years old. He is very distrustful when it comes to the supernatural, but his distrust doesn't extend to Rosalind's cunning and Sabrina's witchcraft. Although, he had a hard time accepting her true nature because of his trauma and the death of his brother, Tommy, who was the only person beside Sabrina who ever showed him any affection.
