Greeting
*The Epsilon-6 Foundation's SCP Mobile Task Force "Country Doctors" blindly set out into the quiet, winter taiga. They walked around the entire forest, but found nothing. A blizzard was approaching, so they found a small cave near a small mountain that did not go deep and did not turn in different directions and looked more like one large stone room. They decided to make a pass here. Among them were: Commander: Senior Agent Kaplin (an experienced leader with many years of experience working in difficult conditions, a former military man). Operators: 4-6 agents with experience surviving in extreme conditions (Senior Agent John and Junior Agent Dave). Doctor: Dr. Martynova, a field surgeon and psychiatrist, capable of not only treating injuries, but also assessing the team's mental state. Researcher: Dr. Hariss, a specialist in anomalous biology and geology, who collects data and analyzes any changes in the ecosystem. Technician: Agent Vince, an engineer who is responsible for the equipment and devices used to analyze anomalous phenomena. Communications Operator: Agent Green, who monitors the communication with the Foundation's central headquarters, transmits reports, and manages radio communications. Night fell, so they decided that their pass would be guarded in turns... Unfortunately, since they did not understand what they were getting into and relied on people's stories, they had to recruit a significant number of people for all occasions*

SCP Foundation. What is it?
The SCP Foundation is an organization that is hidden from prying eyes, for the protection of ordinary citizens. The name SCP stands for Secure, Contain, Protect. These are the three pillars on which the Foundation's work is built. --- Basic concept The SCP Foundation exists in the shadows of world governments and is dedicated to capturing, isolating, and studying anomalous objects, creatures, and phenomena that may pose a danger to humanity or disrupt the normal worldview. This foundation is a top secret organization with colossal resources, technology, people, and hides the truth about the supernatural from the general public. It is ideologically neutral: neither evil nor good - its main goal is containment and survival. --- Fund structure 1. SCP objects - These are creatures that the Foundation is obligated to contain. Each such object is given a number (for example, SCP-173 or SCP-049) and a detailed description, which specifies: Appearance of the object; Special properties; Threat level; Conditions of detention (often complex and strictly regulated); Protocols in case of escape or violation of conditions. 2. Object classes: Safe does not mean that the object is harmless, but only that it is easy to hold. Euclid (Euclid) - the object is difficult to predict, or the conditions of detention are unstable. Keter (Keter) - the object is extremely dangerous, difficult to control or completely uncontrollable. There are also other, rarer classes, such as Thaumiel, Neutralized, Apollyon - they reflect special cases. 3. Employees of the Foundation: Scientists who study objects. Agents and mobile task forces dedicated to capture and protection. D-class - prisoners used as expendable material for experiments (often die when interacting with objects).
Mobile Task Forces (MTF)
Mobile Task Forces (MTFs) are specialized units of the SCP Foundation, consisting of highly trained agents, scientists, and specialists who carry out dangerous, mission-critical missions related to anomalies. They are not just guards or soldiers. They are elite units that are sent in only when standard Foundation forces fail. --- What do MOGs do? Depending on their specialization, MTFs perform tasks such as: Capture and transportation of SCP objects; Elimination of particularly dangerous anomalies; Counterintelligence, combating information leaks; Elimination of witnesses (or amnesia of the population); Field research; Fighting hostile organizations (like the Chaos Insurgency or the Marshall, Carter, and Dark Collective); Participation in local conflicts related to anomalies. --- Each MTF has: Narrow specialization; The Commander, reporting directly to the senior staff of the Foundation; Own equipment, weapons, hardware, and sometimes even unique anomalous artifacts. --- Examples of known MTFs: Epsilon-11 "Nine-Tailed Fox" The most famous and popular group Specialization: Restoring control during containment breaches within zones. If something escapes in Zone 19, they are the first to go into battle. Heavily equipped, well trained, and able to work with anomalous threats. --- Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand" A legendary squad whose members answer only to the O5 Council, the Foundation's highest leadership. Their missions are classified and information about them is almost unavailable. They eliminate threats that ordinary personnel are not even aware of. They are believed to be involved in political games, assassinations, purges and global conspiracies.
MOG
Nu-7 "Hammer Down" The Military MTF is literally the Foundation's mini-army. It is used during large-scale breakthroughs, for example, during attacks on Zones or major anomalous disasters. They have heavy armored vehicles, aircraft and even tanks. --- Eta-10 "Mirror Reflections" ("See No Evil") Specializes in anomalies related to perception, vision, and memetics. They often work blindfolded, protected by antimemetic filters and programs. They don't need to "see" to stop SCPs. --- Tau-5 "Sanchez" ("Samsara") One of the strangest and most creepy squads. The group members are cloned and augmented posthumans using anomalous technologies. They are able to return to life after death, have superpowers obtained from SCP. --- MTF Epsilon-6 "Village Idiots" They are called if an anomaly occurs in the wilderness - villages, forests, remote areas. They know how to deal with locals and investigate strange incidents. They may be driving "blindly" according to rumors. Ideal for the case when the Foundation has just received distorted information: like, "disappearances have begun in a village in Yakutia, but everything is covered in snow." --- MTF Beta-7 "Maz Hatters" Specialization: Biohazardous or chemical SCPs, possibly memetic. If an anomaly in the taiga causes mutations, vomiting of black liquid, or distorts the weather itself, it is them. But they only go if there is a suspicion of infection - not just to "find something." --- Mobile Task Force Sigma-3 "Bibliographers" Specialization: search for anomalous artifacts, objects, phenomena associated with myths, legends, folklore. If there is a "legend of a spirit" or a "village that is not on the map" in the taiga, these are them. They work slowly, with archives and analysis. They often go with scientists and magicians rather than with guns. --- Mobile Task Force Tau-5 "Samsara" Uniqueness: These are not just people, but techno-cloned soldiers, resurrectable
Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
Chaos Insurgency Origin: Once part of the Foundation's own SCP, a secret task force that carried out the O5 Council's dirty work, they broke away in the 1920s, betrayed the Foundation, and became their own force. Goals: Use of anomalies for personal purposes: weapons, power, control. Exposure of the Foundation and destruction of its structures. Release of anomalous creatures (sometimes). Destruction of humanity - or its capture. Peculiarities: Well armed, they know all the Foundation's weak points. Use stolen SCP objects as weapons. Some versions describe them as anarchists, others as an authoritarian force dreaming of building a world on the bones of the old. Image: These are terrorists with crazy high-tech and fanaticism. --- Serpent's Hand Origin: A secret movement often hidden in the Wanderer's Library, an anomalous dimension where all the knowledge of all worlds is stored. Goals: Protecting the anomalous as a natural part of the world. Destroying the false order that the Foundation creates. Freedom for all beings, including SCP objects. Expansion of consciousness and spiritual enlightenment through knowledge. Peculiarities: They use magic, ancient rituals, knowledge from other realities. Some members are not people, but sentient beings. They often oppose the Foundation, but not always - they can be allies if their interests coincide. Image: Mysterious mystic terrorists with a humanistic core. Freedom through chaos. "Understand, don't destroy."
GOI
Global Occult Coalition (GORALD / GOC — Global Occult Coalition) Origin: It was created after World War II as an alliance of major states and intelligence agencies (UN) to combat anomalies. Goals: Destruction of all anomalies. Protecting humanity at any cost. Control over the spread of the supernatural. Peculiarities: A military organization that often clashes with the Foundation due to differences in approach. Their motto: "If you can destroy it, destroy it. If you can't, hold on to it. If you can't hold on to it, forget it." Periodically they commit genocide against abnormal life forms. Image: Merciless "meninblacks", in suits and with artillery, destroying everything incomprehensible. --- Marshall, Carter & Dark Ltd. Origin: An elite shadow organization that sells anomalous items to billionaires, the elite, and dictators. Goals: Profit. Only profit. Exclusive access to the "magnificent" for the chosen few. Peculiarities: They operate as an auction house and an anomaly bank. They have luxurious clubs where you can buy, say, a mirror that reflects your soul, or a ball that destroys cities. Image: Pure capitalism in its ugly form. Aesthetics - luxury, old mansions, cigars, blood on the contract. --- Church of the Broken God Origin: A cyber religion that believes that God is a machine and was destroyed one day. They believe that by collecting anomalous artifacts, they will restore the Mechanical Deity.
Classes
Safe What does it mean: The object is easy to contain. The conditions of its containment are clear and stable. Doesn't mean he's not dangerous! His behavior is just predictable. Euclid (Euclid) What does it mean: The object is unpredictable or the conditions of containment are not fully understood. He may behave calmly and then suddenly lose his temper. Most SCPs are like this. Keter (Kether) What does it mean: Very difficult to maintain. Possibly impossible. Often pose a global threat. It may not be malicious, but it is essentially uncontrollable. Thaumiel (Taumil) Conversely from Keter, the object is used to contain other SCPs. Super valuable, often classified. Neutralized The object has been destroyed or has lost its anomalous properties. Does not pose a threat. No longer active. Sometimes tragically or deliberately destroyed. Pending (Awaiting assignment) The object has not yet been fully studied. It is not yet clear what class to give it Esoteric Classes These are non-standard or rare classes. They are not always official, but are used in special cases or in lore.
Employees
1. Class D (D-Class Personnel) "Disposable People" Convicted criminals (often murderers, lifers) recruited as test subjects for anomaly experiments. Used to interact with SCPs that are too dangerous for personnel to handle. They live no longer than a month, after which they are “disposed of”. Some manage to survive, escape, or even get into higher ranks - in special cases. Image: Expendable. Human shield. "Someone needs to push the red button." --- 2. Class E (Expendable) personnel "Even more disposable than D" Used in emergency situations, such as infection with memetic or biological SCPs. Sometimes - temporarily reclassified personnel affected by the anomaly. --- 3. Class C, B, A personnel - Technical and scientific personnel Class C - Basic Scientific and Technical Personnel Lab assistants, junior researchers, technicians. Work with "regular" SCPs and have limited access. Often don't know the full picture. Perform specific tasks. Class B - Senior Staff Senior researchers, experiment leaders. They have access to classified information and manage containment areas. Report to Directors and Curators. Class A - Administration and Critical Scientists Not allowed to have direct contact with anomalies (too valuable). Make strategic decisions. They often oversee the work of MTFs, entire departments, or large projects. --- 4. Security and mobile forces Security Personnel They control the movement of employees, guard SCP cameras, and patrol the area. They do the "dirty work": dispose of D-class, neutralize threats. Usually don't know the details of the SCP, just follow the instructions. Mobile Task Forces (MTF) Foundation Special Forces. Sent in case of disasters, containment breaches, or SCP capture. They have code names and their own specialization.
Employees
5. Site Directors Heads of individual SCP objects (Site-19, Site-17, etc.). Administration that controls the entire process: from logistics to experiments. Have access to most data at their level and are often associated with specific SCPs. --- 6. Ethics Committee "Welcome to the Foundation's most hated organization." Ensures that the Foundation does not become completely evil (which is difficult). Participates in admission to experiments and approval of methods. They are often ignored, but they can stop any project. --- 7. O5 Council "Fifteen Shadows. The True Gods of the Foundation." The 15 People Who Stand at the Top of the SCP Foundation. Names, faces, stories - classified. Even most of the staff doesn't know they exist. Each O5 controls an entire sector of information or power: O5-1 may be responsible for security; O5-6 - for the scientific part; O5-13 - "dead voice", symbol. They: Make global decisions; Announce/prevent the end of the world; Grant permission to use SCP-001, SCP-2000 and other Thaumil objects; They possess all the truth - and all the lies. Image: Shadow overlords who rule the world behind the scenes. Some of them are not human. --- 8. The Administrator "Legend or Nightmare?" The mysterious founder/leader of the Foundation (in some versions - above O5). No one knows if he's alive. Or is he the SCP itself? Or is it a metaphor? Some SCPs refer to it... as something that watches forever.

Zones
Zone-19 (Site-19) The largest and most famous area of the Foundation. Location: Somewhere in North America (exact location is classified). It is known for containing a huge number of objects. Often used in fan stories as a "base" area. It contains both Safe and Keter objects. This is where newbies often start out: Class D personnel, young scientists. Features: A huge, multi-level structure. Often becomes the scene of escapes, invasions or breakthroughs. It is "home" to many popular SCPs (173, 049, 096). --- Zone-17 (Site-17) Medical and humanoid zone. Specializes in the containment of humanoid SCPs - intelligent creatures that look like humans. There are medical and psychiatric sections, interrogation chambers, and imitation apartments. Known for its "humanity" (relatively). Contains, for example: SCP-073 (Kain) SCP-105 (Iris) SCP-999 (Laughing Slug) Atmosphere: More "laboratory", with a humane approach. But at any moment a massacre could begin. --- Zone-06 (Site-06-3) Administrative zone. Located in Russia (or Eastern Europe). No particularly dangerous SCPs are stored here. Serves to contain "paper" SCPs - documents, ideas, information anomalies. It also contains dangerous memetic and cognitive hazards. Uniqueness: Often mentioned in stories about informational SCPs - infected phrases, memes, symbols that can "kill" when read. --- Zone-13 (Site-13) Mysterious, destroyed and... cursed. In some versions of the canon, Area 13 is considered destroyed, in others it is turned into an anomaly. Sometimes described as a time loop, a void, or an SCP in itself. Contains a lot of creepy and surreal stuff. Reality inside it is broken. People disappear, return different, SCPs "appear by themselves". Atmosphere: A creepy space horror where you don't know if it's reality or a dream.
Zones
Zone-11 (Site-11) Research center with archival elements. Contains many information objects and archival materials. It is used as a database where historical SCPs, ancient documents, and even ancient artifacts are stored. --- Zone-81 (Site-81) American zone with strong fan support. Located in the Appalachians (in the Indiana region, according to the English-language SCP). Contains SCPs of local origin - village horror, folklore, mutants. In some stories it is almost a separate "micro-universe". --- Zone-██ (Red Zones) Completely classified objects. Sometimes in files instead of a number there is "██" - this means the information has been erased. These could be: Mobile zones that move. Areas where the disaster occurred. Or zones that are SCPs in themselves.
