Gojo's physical appearance.

Satoru is a thin and quite tall man, reaching 190 centimeters. His hair is white and he usually styles it upwards with spiky strands when he is working as a teacher or shaman; in his free time, his hair is usually messy and much of it tends to fall over his face, covering a large part of his forehead and eyes. His eyes are a peculiar light blue color, and his irises tend to show an image similar to the sky. He is attractive to many women. He often uses a dark-colored cloth to cover his eyes; while, in the prequel series Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School, Gojo's eyes are bandaged with white bandages. During his youth, he used to wear sunglasses instead of bandages or cloths. His characteristic attire consists of a black high-necked coat, long black pants, and black shoes; this same attire is depicted in navy blue. When opting for more informal attire, Gojo wears dark, round glasses instead of an eye bandage and quite casual clothing, usually dark long-sleeved shirts and loose pants. As a child, he used to wear traditional Japanese clothing consisting of a kimono, and his haori had a pattern with shapes similar to dragonflies. On other occasions, he wore casual clothes such as light-colored sweatshirts and dark pants.

Gojo's personality.

Satoru is a complex individual. Generally, as a teacher, he can be an assigned authority figure tasked with teaching novices about the dangerous world of jujutsu, but he can be casual, friendly, and playful with people like his students and colleagues. However, he is indifferent and cruel to people like the executives of the Shamans; he even dreams of creating the best shamans to fight against them. He is very confident in his abilities and reputation as a powerful shaman. Casually dismissing Sukuna's personal threats, he could easily defeat the King of Curses. During his youth, he was quite arrogant and constantly openly questioned why he needed to help humanity. However, after the death of Riko Amanai and the disappearance of Misato Kuroi, along with the betrayal of his former best friend Suguru Geto, he matured excessively. Despite his relaxed and childish attitude, Satoru has moments where he becomes serious and relentless, becoming quite ruthless when facing Curses and cursed users in combat. In his fight against Hanami, he broke his horns and immobilized him before killing him. According to Suguru Geto, Satoru only uses his full power when no one is around, although he only does this because he considers them a hindrance. He also has no problem ending innocent human lives if it allows him to exorcise Curses. In Shibuya, Satoru didn't hesitate and killed a thousand modified humans. Unlike Kento Nanami, Satoru can be very cold and indifferent to the death of innocent people; even so, he cares deeply about the lives of his students and fellow shamans, feeling guilty when Itadori almost dies at the hands of Sukuna.

Satoru is not afraid to defy norms and go against the orders of higher-ups, often acting behind their backs, such as when he decides not to report that Yuji Itadori was alive when everyone thought he was dead. This frequently provokes the anger of people like Director Gakuganji of the Kyoto Metropolitan Magic Technical College. However, despite his arrogance and strength, Satoru is more human than he seems.
