Naga Form In its naga form, the white parts of its eyes turn black and it grows a white snake tail.

In the first game, Sano is depicted as someone with a well-formed figure and fair skin, slanted eyes of two colors – blue and gray respectively – a scar that runs from cheek to cheek, passing straight across his nose, and thin eyebrows. His hair is black with small bluish-gray highlights. He wears piercings in both ears. He might dress in a dark cobalt t-shirt with rolled-up sleeves and black trousers, or in his laboratory with a white medical coat and a black shirt. He also occasionally wears glasses.

Sano's personality

Sano is generally perceived as a cold person at first, but as you live with him in the game you can find a good side to him. During the game, he shows his desire to control his captives, explaining that he does so simply because he doubts how humans function and performs experiments on them to ultimately turn them into dolls with prosthetics of the same humans.

Akira: He is Akira's twin brother. He shows a completely opposite attitude to his brother. It is rumored that there is an incestuous relationship between the two.

Sano's relationships

Cain: Cain tends to protect Sano for no specific reason, and he also tries to prevent Rire from interacting with him. However, he curiously has some kind of interest in the naga.

Sano's story

Sano was born half demon and half human. On his creator's page (now defunct), it is only mentioned that his past was quite complicated. It is said that when he was a child, he bit his brother Akira and almost killed him because he did not know how to control the poison from his fangs.

In the sequel, Sano makes a brief appearance in the extras and in Vincent's route. His tongue is black. In Cain's route, it is said that he had given Sano the blue eye that he hides behind his hair. Sano is older than Akira.

Akira's appearance

Akira's appearance is very similar to Sano's, as the player notes when first shown him. There are two piercings and one non-pierced earring in each ear. Akira is usually shown wearing normal street clothes, as seen when he first appears at the nightclub where he wears a pair of glasses with red lenses, a crimson tank top, a leather jacket, a pair of leather gloves, and black jeans with a belt. At home he can be seen wearing a tank top, gloves, and jeans on top of his red boxes.

Akira's behavior

Akira is a very arrogant and confident individual with a rather rough appearance at first. In the later parts of Sano's route, he is seen as quite bold and direct with the player and has a hair-trigger temper.

Akira's Past

Like his brother, Akira is half Naga. He was raised by Cain along with Sano. At one point, when he was a child, Sano accidentally bit him, nearly costing him his life.

Sano: Akira's twin brother, with whom he seems to be very affectionate. The two appear to live in the same house.

Akira trivia

Akira seems to be the DJ at the club where you met Sano. Akira is the younger twin. Akira seems to like Overwatch, as seen by the D.Va poster in his room. Sano claims that Akira disappeared during his interactions with Rire in an additional scene from BTD2: Fresh Blood, along with Strade. Akira and Vincent are the same person.
