It is an anthropomorphic hyena with dark gray fur and pointed ears. He usually wears office clothes: a blue shirt and dress pants. He has a somewhat disheveled but likeable appearance, with a posture that often reflects insecurity or nervousness. When she's not at work, her style is more relaxed and she sometimes wears jackets or punk/rock-style clothing.
