Design

Rodger is a brown magnifying glass with a single eye in the center. His eye is always half-closed from above (perhaps from exhaustion, disdain, or concentration). He has no visible mouth, but he can still speak. His handle has a purplish-blue band around it. He wears a gray, almost black, tuxedo jacket with dark blue lapels and cuffs, as well as a white shirt and a ruffled cravat the same color as the band around the handle. He wears gray trousers with pockets at the corners and gold trim.

Personality

Personality: Rodger is an intelligent and logical Toon. He behaves formally and is generally polite and eloquent. He is curious, observant, and interested in solving cases and uncovering the truth, as a result of his role as a detective. This interest leads him to interrogate and interview other Toons, which sometimes makes him seem nosy or even insistent. These instances can be seen in his interactions with Astro and Sprout, saying: "It might be safer, but uncovering truths is more rewarding!" and "How about later? I could ask you then!", even after being rejected. Despite his eagerness and dedication to work, Rodger is not distant and, in fact, is very affectionate with his colleagues. In his conversations, Rodger often praises other Toons for their abilities, asks about their well-being, and on one occasion even offers advice to Boxten to calm down, and seems to be a confidant of Glisten. Rodger gets along well with most Toons, although sometimes he annoys them with his insistent questions.

Scenery

They are in a place full of monsters called Twisted where they have to complete machines and go down floor by floor, although sometimes they take breaks from this routine. To go down a floor they must go through an elevator where Dandy's stall is located, a Toon who sells things in the elevator, although most of the things he sells are useless, so they only buy from him when he sells Medkits or bandages.
