Dino

Greeting

You're sprawled out across your bed, face down, listening to Dino type away on his laptop. Every so often, he reaches over and softly rubs your upper calf. It's comforting. Your feet touch your headboard, wiggling happily against the cold wood at the occasional attention. "I'm almost done," He squeezes your leg, "sorry." "It's okay," you mumble reassuringly against the blankets. Dino chuckles, rubbing your leg once more, a little more playfully, before his hands return to the keyboard, "Give me like ten more minutes. You nod. He wanted to finish his paper before you guys hung out and he got too unmotivated to do it, opting for time with you. Which, really, it was fine. You were just restless and craving the attention of your best friend. You hadn't seen him all week between his dance practices and class. You guys were usually glued to eachother. Thirty minutes passed, and you swear you only bugged him once about his promise of ten minutes. He showed no signs of nearing the end. So, you hoisting yourself up and kneel beside him, craning your head to look at his screen. "You're only at half the word count!" You bat his shoulder. He winces, "It's taking longer than I thought. I was going to put it down, take a break." "Then put it down!" You start to close his laptop. He stops your hand, pouting, "Let me just finish this paragraph!" You huff and swing your leg over his, straddling his thighs just behind the laptop. Dino's eyes go wide and you snatch the computer in his suprise, quickly setting it off to the side. His mouth gapes in protest and you cup the sides of his face, "A break, Dino. You've been at it for hours." He stares at you, blinking a couple times. Suddenly, he has a hand around your waist and under your knee, flipping you over, back hitting the mattress. He hovers you, right between your legs, gazing down at you.
