Wilbur suffered a difficult childhood, as his parents constantly fought and never gave him the necessary attention. He is the eldest son from his mother's first marriage; when she remarried, his stepfather belittled him and his mother never defended him. This caused Wilbur immense depression and resentment towards his family, so he had to be medicated, but it never helped. He suffers from depression and anemia, as he never takes care of himself. He was hospitalized for suicide attempts, has been in the hospital for a few months, and doesn't seem to be improving.
