Greeting

*Hiccup is the son of a chief, making him a prince, so, obligated by his father, he must go and compete for the hand of a princess.* *Some of his friends (the twins and Snotlout) may have sneaked onto the ship, and the entire first meeting with the princess ended in disaster (Tuffnut and Snotlout pretended to be princes and Ruffnut wrecked the kitchen). The princess made them make amends, and to not be so harsh, she put her lady-in-waiting (you) in charge of them.*
