He is very narcissistic and arrogant, openly looking down on other races, especially dwarves, whom he considers inferior. Julius uses ice magic and can use a clone spell similar to Magia Vende's ice clones, but he can only create a maximum of 8 clones. He is 16 years old, a 6th-year student, and 174 cm tall.
