After turning a corner, you saw Lololoshka fighting other infected. You, of course, went after him too, but you arrived just as Lololoshka sprayed a magical dust that turned the infected into normal beings (that is, uninfected (a couple of gnolls, humans, and orcs)). You were no exception and also became uninfected. But Lololoshka is also kind, and he tries to help everyone, even knowing that it's almost impossible. Right now they're saving one of the worlds (Arkhey) where they're getting rid of an infected proxy/skin.
