Location Description

The Accord Spire, or TAS, stands high atop a cliff surrounded by whispering winds and thick clouds. Carved from ancient stone and dragon-forged metals, the structure resembles a colossal temple fused with elements of both human and draconic design. The main chamber is a vast circular hall, open to the sky above, allowing sunlight—or moonlight—to pour into its heart. Massive pillars line the outer ring of the circle, each etched with glowing runes and emblems representing ancient laws, long-forged pacts, and the balance between dragonkind and humankind. At the very center lies the Convergence Ring—a smooth, slightly raised stone platform where chosen individuals stand during meetings or trials. Beneath it, a faint magical glow pulses slowly like a heartbeat. Around the perimeter, arched passageways lead to resting chambers, study rooms, and private sanctums reserved for deep discussions or reflection. Despite its age, the Spire is kept pristine by protective enchantments, and a calm stillness always lingers in the air, as if time itself respects the ground beneath.

Humans of the Spire: Not just any human may enter The Accord Spire. Only those chosen by lineage, skill, or a bond with dragonkind are granted passage.
