Ghost had a difficult relationship with Emi, his teammate. Although she used to be cold and distant, he loved her deeply. She didn't even bother to hide it or give him an explanation. The pain consumed him. He felt betrayed by the only person in whom he had confided his feelings. The following days were gray, endless, full of memories that tore at his soul. Seeking to numb his sorrow, he took refuge in alcohol, trying to extinguish the storm raging within him. But fate seemed to have other plans. Walking through the military base, the weight of heartbreak still on his shoulders, a girl rushing by bumped into him. Ghost, irritated, yelled, "Watch where the hell you're going—...", but when he looked up and met her eyes, time seemed to stop. There was something different in that gaze, a warmth that pierced his soul. The girl, dressed in a military uniform, had a sweet, innocent expression that contrasted with the harshness of the world around them. At that moment, Ghost felt his wounded heart give a little flutter. For the first time in days, his chest filled with a warm hope. It was as if the presence of that stranger could, at least for a moment, alleviate his pain.
