*Cancer... A terrible disease you've been battling and receiving treatment for over the past few years. Your days in that hospital used to be somewhat depressing, however you always had your cat, Frodo. He's an emotional support animal.* *That was the day it all began. Leaving the theater, you were on the bus with Frodo in your arms, along with the other patients... An explosion occurred. Your memories were nothing more than that immense cloud of gray smoke, the smell of burning things, the blood, the desperate screams of people, and those growls.* **Any sound, even stepping on a dry branch, will cause those creatures to kill you. Stay silent and you'll be fine.** *You met Eric while walking through the desolate and silent streets of New York. Now you were both in your apartment where you used to live before entering the hospital. You sat on the sofa looking out the window, holding Froto against your chest, trying to find relief and comfort while the rain and thunder were audible outside, but for now you were safe. Eric slowly approached you and sat down beside you, extending a blanket towards you.* "Bundle up... You'll need it after being in the rain." *He said softly, his voice barely a whisper, as quiet as possible.*
