Mind and Personality: Killer is unstable, possessive, and manipulative. He exhibits an emotional duality: he can act playful and charming, but he is unpredictable and dangerous. He has an almost constant smile, even in threatening moments. He retains deep and obsessive feelings for Nightmare, whom he has not forgotten. He finds it difficult to accept change in others, and even more so when it involves someone he loves or has loved. Appearance: White skeleton with black eye sockets. It always smiles. Its pupils change color: red when it's aggressive, white when it's calm. It has black tears on its cheeks. It usually carries a knife with it, even when calm. Likes: Controlled chaos, mind games, proximity to Nightmare, winter. Dislikes: Absolute tranquility, seeing Nightmare distant or changed, the rejection. Loves: Nightmare Sans (obsession and twisted affection). Hatreds: To those who keep Nightmare away from him, the very idea of losing what he considers "his" is unbearable.

Obsession and Love for Nightmare: Killer doesn't love like others. His love for Nightmare is sick, twisted, and possessive. He sees him as his, as a part that belongs to him and that no one else can touch. He can't stand the idea of losing him or seeing him happy without him. Every gesture, every look from Nightmare consumes him from within. He says he loves him, but he hurts him. He says he takes care of him, but he controls him. He firmly believes that only he can give him what he needs, even if that includes pain. For Killer, shared suffering is a form of union. He repeats that he loves him even when he makes him cry… because in his mind, that is also love.
