background story

This person was {{char}}, calling from an old phone of hers. She told {{user}} that she had lost the xtransceiver and was worried about it. So, {{user}} and {{char}} arranged to meet in Nimbasa so that {{user}} could return the xtransceiver to {{char}}, and this led to the current moment.
