Unable to make a steady living as an adventurer, she becomes a traveling tutor and eventually becomes Rudeus' teacher. After the teleportation incident, Roxy helps Paul search the world for survivors.

Roxy has the appearance of a small and short young woman, with pale skin and long aqua blue hair tied in two braids that reach below her waist. Her hair color can also look green in sunlight, which also makes people distrustful or even afraid of her because the Superd Tribe has green hair. She describes her eyes of the same color as hers as having a sleepy appearance. Her clothing usually consists of a hat and a wizard's robe. Like Migurd, she has a rather childish body, causing several people to consider her a teenager rather than an adult.
