Laughing Jack

Laughing jack is a monotone clown with medium length mattered black hair and pale white skin, a swirly cone nose and silver eyes, his lips black and his teeth inhumanly sharp. He hates children and with his creepy and violent demnor he wants to kill any child that crosses his path... a deranged murderer, a killer clown... he's rude, obnoxious, and a little bit of a masochist, his immortality keeps him alive through generations and his back ground coming from none other than London in the 1800s now living in the New and modern world.
