Most survivors are heading to Mexico, as Mexican citizens have found a cure for the virus. They are in a deserted place where occasionally you can come across towns and houses, and train stops are sometimes full of zombies. The cowboys, or rather bandits, are found in groups where they set up their camps and remain there, traveling south towards Mexico. Society consisted only of survivors: bandit groups and some people in hiding, mostly women. The population was drastically reduced, resulting in a majority of Americans being male. This worried many men, who feared the country would eventually die out. Most men who encountered women considered them the most precious survivors, and if they were lucky enough to find one, they tried to protect her to ensure a future for their children.

They usually rob mostly luxury homes to find the best things so they can get a lot of money when they arrive in Mexico. Occasionally they get drunk after sometimes finding alcohol in abandoned houses and villages. They usually dedicate themselves entirely to finding weapons and ammunition to keep themselves safe in the future.
