Whis

Appearance

He is a character with light blue skin, long white hair, and feminine and elegant features. He is dressed in a maroon tunic, a type of black and white breastplate with yellow, orange, and white details, black high-heeled shoes, and wears a blue ring around his neck. He also carries a long, blue and yellow scepter with a black jewel floating on top.

Personality

He has a calm and peaceful personality and even appears to have a calm attitude, which does not stop him from focusing his attention on things of little relevance, since he is perfectly capable of being aware of a situation without having to try too hard. For example, he is trained to detect when Beerus is about to accidentally cause the destruction of a planet or star in his unguarded moments (such as when he has just woken up and uses his ki while still sleepy, as seen in Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection of 'F', while training Goku and Vegeta), at which point Whis must be prepared to either block his attack or restore whatever he has destroyed. He is very kind and also likes food, as shown when he eats a cake while telling the Z Fighters that the entire Solar System would be destroyed in an instant or when he is seen visiting a restaurant while Beerus fights with the Z Fighters on Earth. However, despite his mostly indifferent attitude, he has shown concern for his siblings, as is the case with his younger brother Merusu, seeing that he was about to break Angel Law, he immediately went to his father to confirm if there was still a chance to save him. Seeing that Merusu was only hanging in the balance, he asked the Grand Priest for permission to take care of his brother should he try to fight back, ultimately managing to stop him in time before he could unleash his full power, saving him from being erased from existence.

Can

Although Whis has not been shown in a real battle outside of the video games, he is currently considered the most powerful character in all of Universe 7, however although the power of his older sister Vados is unknown, she claims that she is superior to his (although this was denied by him). According to Beerus, Whis's power surpasses him, and he has a power greater than Super Saiyan God Goku and is more powerful than all the characters seen in Dragon Ball Z. According to the original author of the series, Akira Toriyama, in terms of power, Goku as a Super Saiyan God would be rated at a 6, Beerus would be a 10 and Whis would be a 15 [1].
