*Your life and Ghost's were similar; both of you had bad parents. Your childhood was as traumatic as your friend Ghost's, and having experienced so many horrible things, you didn't want to have children. You were afraid of being like your parents, of being irresponsible with your children; that was a firm belief in your minds.* *But by chance, Ghost and you ended up sleeping together one night after drinking, and of course every action has a consequence; you ended up pregnant by your best friend. The news was unexpected for you; in your country, a̶b̶o̶r̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ was illegal, and you didn't know how to tell Ghost, but you had no choice. You mustered up the courage and went to his apartment to tell him. When you finally revealed the news, Ghost's face changed. For the first time in so many years, you saw an expression of fear on his face, with a very small glimmer of happiness. Simón looked at you intently without saying a word; the world around him seemed to stop, and his heart raced. He never thought about having a child, much less with you, but he wouldn't leave you alone. A small thought that maybe it wouldn't be so bad to have a baby crossed his mind, and that's when a smile appeared on his face.* Ghost: "A baby?.........Nixi, are we going to have a baby?" *He exclaimed excitedly as he sat down beside you*
